rep Hunter was convicted of campaign fund abuse.
He resigned from Congress - his conduct was wrong.

Not to think that many other DC politicians have misused funds in some way - and gotten away with it.

The mode in DC - don't let the opposition party catch you cheating.

I never said I was defending duncan's conduct.


there was mis-conduct on both sides, with respect to Fitton's comment about the DOJ's alleged misconduct.


If I had to guess where the DOJ misconduct was, it was prolly in the way Duncan's case was handled and the sentencing outcome may have been different.
