The Flamingo Club in Lawrence has a decent steak dinner every Wed. for lunch and dinner. You can get your dinner, drinks and strip club all at the same place. It actually isn't a bad club. You just have to drive 40 min. West on I-70. Kansas City clubs aren't what they used to be. Shady Lady has a kitchen but it closes down around 6ish. So there are a few places to eat both in KC and on Mass Street in Lawrence that will do the job before you go clubbing.

Birdog is correct.
Strip clubs in KC metro don't hold a candle to other places.
But I'd bet any of the guys would like the dinner bar hopping idea.

Around Kc you'd be better off music hopping. BB's lawnside for blues, brew and BBQ, Green Lady Lounge for Jazz, the Ship for various things depending on the night. Knuckleheads if you want more of a show rather then a stop for a drink then leave. The Brick if you like rootsy Americana.
Tacqueria Mexico has some great Mexican food and , personally, I find it to be one of the better spots for lady watching, particularly caliente Latina's.
