On a cliff top meadow looking out over the ocean in California or Oregon or maybe Scotland. In the distance I can see stands of clouds coming towards me shimmering in red, white, grey, black, tans, browns. And the winds blowing warm and cool and cold begin to reach me.
The sheets and cords of moisture waving and beating through the air begin to break into graceful and powerful birds making their way towards me. Transforming from global winds and rain into cranes, swans, herons, hawks, geese, flamingos, egrets with beautiful feathers glistening with sunlight and water.
As this magical sight bears down on me closer and closer I’m thrilled to imagine nature surrounding and caressing me.
the streams of beauty reach me and I can see the water and wind transforming into feather and bill and back again. And the transformations continue as feather begins to mingle with skin and hair and fingers and lips and thighs and necks of lovely women from the world over. The pulsing streams of waters and feathers and flesh surround me and linger on me and I can see and feel and hear passion from Africa, india, the Americas, Europe , southeast asia, Russia and Arkansas variously soothing and bracing and daring.
these streams pass over me and slither over me and flow across the meadow, then I see there must be 150 of me spread along the cliff enveloped by the beauty of the world.
The pleasure of this dream came over me at least 3 times post surgery.
Totally whacko and lovely.
(p.s. I was noticeably more buff than in real life. kind anesthesia.)
