RR, you are completely wrong and baseless with your accusations of "outing" anyone, gathering Intel, or even have a clue to what is even going on. People please read the thread I had started "an interesting pm". Also take into account that RR isn't a hobbiest and has been a long time hater of mine simply because I stand up for myself. He has not seen me in years and when he did see me years ago wrote a great review of me. The "defamation of character " case I referred to was done as a private matter that had nothing to do with the hobby. Real names are/were used in the reports. I do find it very interesting that the exact terminology was used in the thread. Anyone that is a outsider with some commen sense, which many have, are asking what is wrong with the haters and why are they using such terminology when there is no reason whatsoever for such terminology to be used.

Please also note and understand that what was done backfired horribly bad on the ones who did what they did and it continues to backfire in their faces badly. I didn't start what they did at all. I was caught completely off guard when it happened and well, I sadly pity them for their mistake and how much it will truly cost them. When I say "cost them" I don't mean in money value. I mean in how other people will view their actions and words from now on.

Thank you RR, I stated that if I CHOOSE TO, present the thread to a judge to review. It is based on the fact of the timing of the incident and the type of terminology being used. It has NOTHING to do with any other type of information at all. Please learn how to read and comprehend what you are reading.

If I chose to use the thread in a civil case of "defamation of character " it would be to show that the malicious intent of not only effecting my personal private life but also my professional life as well. That in turn awards a higher judgement of compensation of damages.

It's a bit more than that, but if you choose to put crudely, yes that is what I'm saying will happen. Also please educate yourself on civil court matters as small as this, there is no jury. Also keep in mind that there are 2 issues at hand. Not just two people that did a "defamation of character " but another legal issue that is connected to the issue. The second person is not involved in the other legal issue and may even be absolved of the "defamation of character " issue altogether. In fact I hope she is fully absolved of it.

Maybe, because it is a legal occupation. But your leaving out one critical thing. Freedom of speech, I have heard its hard to prove a defamation of character lawsuit.

But that's not the problem. You need to look inside you to see what the real problem is. I can imagine the manic state your in with your mind racing, concentrating on all these conspiracy theories.

Can you quote the part where you stated "if you choose to"? Obviously most anything you do is the result of your choices, but your quote below makes it seems you've already chosen to use KR's statement to support your case.
