Depends on what you like, of course but JackAllen's has a great Sunday brunch (I've only. been to the Oak Hill location for it, but I believe the other locations offer it as well)
For interior Mexican, you can try Fonda San Miguel (mid town).
Monument Cafe in Georgetown is solid choice if you're up north, and Pancake House on Parmer is also awesome.
