No BL ... They get put on probation and as a condition of probation they are not allowed within the borders of the United States or any U.S. Territory! Then they get a "ride" back to their homeland (or the country from which they entered the U.S. illegally) and the cost of the "ride" is part of their "restitution" paid out over the length of the "probation"!
Then the next time they show up in the U.S. they get tossed in jail for violating their probation and a hearing is held for the PROBATION VIOLATION and they are shipped back ... they have no "immigration" status to adjudicate! The hearing takes about 5 minutes.
