Fascinating. According to the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct, a lawyer shall not have sexual relations with a client unless a consensual sexual relationship existed between them when the client-lawyer relationship commenced. I'm not an attorney, but am in a legal assistant program. I do wish to get into criminal defense though.

Sorry, I can't help you, but the subject was interesting to me all the same.
