Hi there. Can't send any messages - my in box is full. How do I empty it? Thanks, in advance.

Click on your username, a drop down box will appear. "Messages" should be there, click to open your pm's. To the right, and down towards the bottom of all your messages, you should be able to place a 'check' mark to the right of the messages that you want to get rid of. Once you select the discards, the option of what to do with them will be down at the bottom as well, select 'delete'
You will probably need to do this with both inbox as well as sent messages

Correct, don't forget the sent mail as those also count towards the total capacity.
