Vegas is very expensive. It's very Upsell oriented... Agencies dominate it. Even Bp is typically only posting the agency fee. The girls will negotiate their tip with you directly which will be anywhere from $300(low end) to $3000 (higher end). They split their tip with agency. The quality is high especially for those who go a lot. I like bunnies of Las Vegas and Vegas fantasy girls were two that stuck out in my mind... There are a tons of them. You'll get more "model" type in Vegas but getting one with a good attitude is hard to find in my opinion. You can get very interesting finds though. One agency sent out a "amateur " who is competitive US Track and Field likely team members.. Kind of interesting..will be cheering our girls this olympics to gold.

The only thing Vegas has going for it is reputation. Prices are high, scams are common, and it isn't any safer or more legal than in KC. You have a lot of variety, but when so many of the options end up being scams, ripoffs, or upsells it isn't worth the hassle.
