Im new to this and id like to get an understanding as to what is the whole reference thing about? Feel like i need to post a resume or something but can someone fill me in on this eccie network?

Reference are what ladies use to see you. These are not something affiliated with the sate but rather something the ladies give each other after they have seen you. Might be worth while to ask for a newbie friendly provider in the ISO section and then move up from there.
