It isn't the number of underage girls doing it now, It's that now the internet makes it easier, 50yrs ago there were just as many in the "local" whorehouses and truckstops, in everytown usa. Many GIRLS were married and had children by the time they turned 18, not sure how they managed that unless someone was shagging some child, but I'm sure somehow it was ok then and not ok now.
100k is a bit exagerated most likely to cause a gasp in the viewers. I will say if there are 100k of them, then there is seriously something wrong with LE if we can lose track of 100k of our underage girls in this nation.

Then again, if you watch every show on MTV these days, every 13yr old is a complete whore anyways and it is obviously cool to do so. try watching the new show Skins.. 47 sexual comments, acts or inuendos in the 1st 1hr episode and its a show about highschoolers. Honestly how hard is it to just visit every girl posting in most cities and check ID's? I think most of the LEGIT agencies and providers would have no problem with that, and it would cost an LE agency a night out of the entire month with maybe 5 guys.. nobody wants to stop anything in this country, they just want to give reasons why they need more government funding from John Q Taxpayer. Who suffers? The 15yr old girl who can't get out and feels as if nobody cares.

Annie I will take that quote was meant for me. However, if you have the chance to look at the New Orleans ECCIE "Request and ISO" threads you will soon realize that a very large portion of the men on ECCIE request and look for BP girls - not just me.

I did not see the report but I feel stopping the act of "sex for money" is a useless cause. It will never be stopped. But it apparently makes some folks feel good about themselves if they stop it. Under age sex trade is a whole different story. That is abusive and should not be tolerated, but the answer is not attempting to shut down sex business altogether. If that were the solution to stop illegal substances we should alos shut down all pharmacies, I doubt that would get much support.
