i had a very similar experience when I joined the hobby. I solved it by concentrating on agencies and traveling ladies. In both cases they are either required to be at the location all day or have nothing else to do but hang out at their hotel.

The problem with locals is that they always wait until the last second to run for a hotel room or their incall and they are ALWAYS late. If it takes 15 minutes to get there in the dead of night, that is how early they will leave for an appointment at a Galleria hotel for a 5:30 appointment. Then they have to get the room, then they need to freshen up, blah blah blah. End result is minimum 15-30 minutes late starting.

Locals should have more residency incall locations rather than relying upon motels or hotels unless they are staying in them throughout the day or week. I am personally getting tired of all these motel and hotel encounters that seem rather rushed and awkward.
