Email to request verification gets returned as spam

Hi I'm a new member and am attempting to get verified. I have a male member who can vouch for me and who actually left a review for me before I joined. I have sent multiple emails to newyork@eccie.net with this information and my emails continue to get to returned to me with the heading "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" and in the return email it is marked as "possibly spam". Please point me in the right direction of who I can talk to to get verified or what I can do different to avoid having the email returned as spam. Thank you.

Submit your info to the staff at newyork@eccie.net

1. website address (your website or advertising site)
2. referral from another provider or hobbyist
3. links to reviews from recognized members (any site)

In addition, if you are advertising that you are under age 25 you must submit proof to eccievp.verify@gmail.com that you are 18 or over to become a Verified Provider on Eccie. We require a photocopy of your Drivers License and/or state issued ID and your location. Your real name and address should be hidden, but your birth date and photo must be visible, along with your user name. We also need a close up picture of your face with you holding up the license or ID next to your face. Proof of age MAY be requested of ANYONE seeking VP status, regardless of their stated age. Please submit your information separately from the info you sent to your local staff for verification.

The verification process could take 24-48 hours.

Its your Yahoo email, Yahoo and Eccie have not been playing well together for a while now. Going direct to the local staff via PM with the info is great.

I've submitted my info twice now. No response at all I got a response today from the age verification email address approving my I.D but nothing from the newyork@eccie.net and I've sent it twice about a week apart there's def something not working quite right

I just got approved today. My emails were not going through so I PMed a local mod for help. It took a few follow up messages and some back and forth but he was very helpful and I finally got approved.
