Not sure what the admins have to say (maybe one will weigh in) - but reviews like this, where a session didn't happen because of rotten TCB, are helpful in choosing among providers.

Arranging time to hobby is difficult, and it's a severe disappointment when something like this happens - other customers should definitely be made aware.

This kind of situation doesn't seem to qualify for an "alert" and is easier to find if written up as a review. IMHO, it belongs here and it's helpful to hobbyists in exactly this location.
