I'd suggest your first few times being with someone you trust. They need to start slow. You have to prepare before hand as well. You have to cleanse/colonic to get rid of everything so there are no smells etc.

Practice with toys first. There are butt plugs in various sizes for training
then you can progress to dildos. Use lots of lube. When you're confident enough you can move on to the real thing with someone you trust.
