The main ingredient of vydox is L-Arginine. I take the supplement (just l-arginine...not vydox) regularly myself among others listed below in the second link. All vitamins and supplements can be found at the grocery store really cheap. Usually found in a daily supplement or found naturally in your daily diet of foods. They are not kidding when they say eat your Wheaties.

L-argenine, L-Lysene, Zinc, and Saw Palmetto are a great combo for the prostate.

Had been taking this combination for a while. After I had been on it for a few weeks I saw one of my local ATFs and when I pulled out I shot a solid stream and hit the head board and wall. Left quite a mess on her too.

Just make sure to eat something when taking these because you will definitely get an upset tummy.

L argentine makes my pecker hard as fuck at night when I am sleeping. Not so much when im awake. Wonder why.
