Default Review question

Ok so I have PMed a couple of the mods on here. Guess they are just too busy to reply. My question is an easy one I think. I did a no review on a provider that says it was just an off day. Ok whatever. She wants to make it up to me. If she is able to prove to me that it was indeed an off day can I get the old review removed or edit it? That's it! Easy question. Let's see if I can a freaking answer finally.....

No, but you can certainly write a new one

Yes, and I think actually writing a new one might be better for her, and you. Makes you look like a good guy, makes her look redeemed, and makes all of the people who saw the original review not wonder if it was simply changed or removed by a moderator.
