I have a friend that wants to join the eccie community. Problem is she can't register because 'multiple accounts have been registered to the forum' which doesn't make since. I've contacted websupport and others but no effort on replying back fast enough. If anyone knows a way to fix this problem PM me we will appreciate it :shiny

I had this happen to a friend once. He was using a hot spot that it appears other members used. The IP address was showing up as multiple users and it appeared it triggered some kind of alert from the site. As soon as he dropped the connection to the wireless router and connected to a different one it worked. Try a different location to connect from
