What do you think is moderators role?
List the things that you appreciate and things of concern.
we also need the voices of moderators concerning how difficult their jobs can be and the rewards.
Do you feel they are capable of being unbiased?
Should moderators have both male and female in each state?

I for one have asked the mods for help a time or two and they were very helpful. As far as female mods I really don't have an opinion.

I thought there was one also, I was thinking she moderated the Mississippi board but she seemed of disappeared.

In answer to Lordee's question. IIRC the standard answer is the only good mod is a dead mod. In other words, everyone is happier when the mods don't have to remind anyone they are here.
