Stupid client got scammed. Never do western union to private sammmm

I got scammed. Actually by accident. Private sammm. Summerhayes sent private message on ECCIE. I agreed to meet for drinks and to pay using WU but keep receipt and give to her at the bar. I meant to send photo of partial control number and all of it showed. Was sent to Michael Vital in Philippines. Yes I am newbie and yes I am an idiot just wanted to post for other idiots.

Sad to say, this does happen from time to time. We take efforts to keep the scammers/spammers off ECCIE, but we need to know about them before any action can be taken.

If anyone receives a PM asking for a cam show, meeting through another site, or an offer to meet once money has been exchanged through Western Union or another such service, please utilize the Report to Moderator button in the upper left corner of the PM, it looks like this

Have been chatting with "her" for the last couple of days. Requested the Western Union for the first timer and cash for any future ones. She has good reviews on "her" website and falls back on that as making the Western Union safe. I provided a few more options besides the Western Union route, none of which she was interested in. I was not comfortable and felt like something was up and did not do it. Not saying it wasn't legit but it had all the precursors to being a scam. So just tread carefully and be smart. Think with the other head first and then enjoy with the other!!

Sorry you got scammed.

Google reveals some eccie and other data on this particular scammer.

What you can do is alert Western Union to the scammer and, while you won't get your cash back, your complaint might push WU into suspending her account, assuming she has an account or accounts.
