Doesn't read like a BS review it's pretty detailed and extremely hard to make all that up. Or does she just not want any reviews at all now and is trying to get it taken down by saying it never happened?

Encounter Reports are not "taken down" except in specific, rare circumstances. If a report is determined to be fake, a note is added to the OP's submission and he faces certain consequences.
