Exclamation Attorney says TPD subjected woman to 'police brutality' during DUI arrest (Warning Graphic video)

This is a lengthy video btw. But everything seems to be going along fine, they arrest her, she is obviously drunk, and they put her into the back of the police car uneventfully.

But then this one cop (I am assuming a supervisor) shows up and pulls her out of the vehicle again, and starts it all off with twisting her arm, and then proceeds to slam her face into the police car and then slams her face into the ground. She literally shits herself in the video. She suffered a crushed orbital bone in her eye socket.

It was her house it turns out that she ran into while coming home. Her husband wouldn't even come out of the house when police arrived (indicates she may have problems).

Yeah, like they give a shit.

The husband is the smartest one of the bunch and stayed the fuck out of it so he did not get his ass beat down by the man.
Bitch gotta learn a lesson and some manners when she is dealing with the popo.

They have a very FINE definition of assaulting them.

The slightest touch apparently justifies slamming her head on the back window and then head first into the ground. Of course, with her hands cuffed behind her back, she had not ability to protect her face from the ground.

I particularly like the added touch of that 250+ pound cop kneeling on her neck and telling her to shut up while she screamed in pain for him to get off.

She slipped her hands out of the cuffs, and then resisted the officers when they attempted to cuff her again. She should have complied, she didn't, and she got taken down. The incidental injury subsequent to the legal take down is a known hazard of a take down.
Look, the cops have to deal with a bunch of assholes and crazy drunks and even though they occasionally mess up this thing of ours, they are the thin blue line between anarchy and civilization

The Cops said the cuffs they used were to large had you bothered to watch the video. This woman was not being combative at all , she was concerned about her kids car seat. Was she drunk? Yes, should these cops be fired? Yes.

The ''incidental injury'' was a broken eye socket...she will get a whole bunch of money from the county for those cops actions.

Usually a normal human being reacts when another human being is in extreme pain or distress. It is that ability to empathize that will kick in. When I wach how casual these cops are in this video through out the whole ordeal "psychopath" comes to mind.

I do not think they are "psychopath", just above the law. Instead of defusing the situation, they escalated it. Bad training in my book.

+100 ....

The officer ordered her out of the backseat 3 times after she uncuffed herself, told her to turn around and put her hands behind her back after she was out of unit.

She probably also thinks it will get her out of the DUI.

Pay her damages, if there is a finding that their actions were not justified ...

Then sentence her to 6 months jail, plus $1,000 fine, license suspension, drunk school, and anger management ...

Make sure the officers get issued baby cuffs or waist restraints for "petites" ...

Fire the officers, if they don't resign, based on a judicial finding of "not justified."

If their actions are found to be justified, then ...

charge her with resisting arrest and if she struck or pushed any of the officers ... add a charge of assault on a peace officer ... sentence her to maximum time and maximum fine. to be served consecutively, not concurrently, if she is found guilty.

Anybody in favor of Zimmerman being convicted of murder ....

.......... can't argue with that! If you do ... you just want to argue. Like her.

"taken down" is a very mild way of putting it.
