As you know, Trump didn't give corporate welfare to Foxconn, Wisconsin did.

As to forgiving a Russian a shit pile of money, what are you talking about? Does this "forgiveness" fall into the same category as all the money that Obama "gave" the Iranians so they'd do the nuclear deal?
