When I was in what I felt was an appropriate amount of testosterone supplementation (based on how I felt energy and mood wise), I lost 15 lbs, put on quite a bit of muscle (I was working out), and raised my T from 245 to 700-something. Then he started lowering and lowering leaving me between 300 and 400 and I started to feel the lethargy, depression/indifference, and thinning body hair again.
