Health Warning for the Men

Hi All, Just wanted to mention something that happened to me to give others a
warning on doing something similar.
While getting ready to turn in last night I noticed a large bulge or sweeled area at my
left groin area. I remembered that a few days ago I became angry and picked up something very heavy. When I did that I felt a strain in my groin but didn't think much of it Called my doctor and he said to go the emergency room,and a doc examined me and took a few cat scans they said I have a Strangulated hernia on my left side and
a hernia on the right. My intestines are pushed thru the groin area causing the bulge.
Will have surgery mon. am
Just wanted to remined all you guys to be careful and think before you react!
Being a old fart I should have known better but.......

dam it, had to pass on this last weekend as I not feeling well. did not want to pass it on.

At the bar today we are reorganizing everything, putting away a HUGE order, and restocking everything. So this old salty dog that I bust balls with was carrying the 2nd to last box and goes "Fing F F Fing F!" I go "Whas the matta for you aaaah?" and he goes "Sweet baby jesus! I think I pulled a muscle in my taint or sumthin over here I swaaaaar ta god!" So we all burst out laughing and I mean we are all falling over dead especially me because it made me think of here. So I'm like "Hows abouts you fill out an incident report then walk it off or go home and cry big boy" so he goes "I got your big boy! Come massage my taint devil woman!" At this point we are all crying because we are laughing so hard. So he gets this idea to stretch it out so he is doing squats, lunges around the bar, hopping, and then starts doing this air hump thing like a dog humping air. We have this remote behind the bar for our music so I put it on and we were all cheering for him and laughing like crazy. It straight up turned into a dance fest for him which was too funny. Totally like Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder.

He didn't get a hernia though,thank goodness! He pulled a muscle and was given stretches to do. We beg him to show us his taint stretches but he refuses He said if he shows us it will go from laughing with him to laughing at him because he has to take his pants off to do his stretching and his "woozle n' lumps" falls out of his boxers.
