I'm a Dr, but not of the MD variety. My best advice, stay away from any penile insertion play.

Just go see your regular MD. If you are too embarassed or can't see them for other reasons, get a MD just for hobby related issues. They can't say anything to anybody about it.

Big Mike: i was joking and kidding up above, but serious now. Thank you Big Mike for good advice, You are correct, i have worked in the medical field, and the HIPPA laws on privacy are very strict. In this case, my medical problem may require surgery, and because there is BDSM involved > the legal reporting requirements of possible abuse can come into play. So, i would feel better seeing a Physician that is kink friendly.
