Fun in the H-E-B area near the north east mall?

Hey guys, I often find myself back on this side of town ;-)
The last time I went to the north east mall I saw that they had axe throwing where you can buy alcoholic beverages in the food court. Has anyone been there?! I didn’t actually play. I just drank and watched others.

Who doesn’t like shopping with a bit of a buzz? ❤️

I've always wondered, axe throwing while boozin sounds like a TERRIBLE idea. They have to be paying thru the nose for insurance.

The movie theater there is my favorite in the area. False idol brewing isn't too far away. If you like breweries.

I miss the movie Tavern in Bedford with a full bar :-) they just shut down last month

Axe-throwing is cool once you get the hang of it. Probably a little harder to make it stick if you've had a few, but I think it would still be pretty safe. I took the SB to iFly a couple of years ago. There's a go-kart place in Haltom City and one at the Alley Cats on 820, although our go-kart excursions were in Arlington. RangeUSA just west of Rude Snow and 820 is a decent place to shoot, although the time I went, I found the RSOs to be more overbearing than what I'm used to at ShootSmart.
