The other part of the Constitution says that the person with the most electoral votes will become POTUS. I think that's key. Nothing about how long it takes verify the vote. Yes, there is a date that the votes are counted but if states decided that they were wrong and reverse the results, that does not count towards the next election. It has to count towards this election even months later. Three states finding fraud or irregularities that reverse the results would overturn the federal elections.

For a state's electoral votes to be tossed out, majorities in both the House and Senate must vote to do so. With the House in Democratic control and the Senate, this would be all but impossible to pull off.

I guess it's possibly to find what, 7, 8 Democrats in the House and Joe Manchin voting that way in the Senate, that would vote to throw out Joe Biden and put Trump back in but I wouldn't bet on it.
