I’m new to the area and around 75/royal. What are the best spots near here for someone not too familiar with dallas.

Bamboo massage or something like that on the south bound frontage road of I75 ( and 635). I did not visit there for ages, but it is the closest to your point. You can find better if you drive 10 min west or north.
