I text her to tell her that she has had some bad reviews about keeping appointments. I said they are posted on this forum in Dallas and the old ASPD. She doesn't have a laptop so she cant read emails (per her text).

With all the missed appts I can't help but wonder if she overbooks for fear of noshows and then when nobody cancels she leaves a bunch of unhappy guys with blueballs. Lack of a laptop is not a good excuse - if an appt is made you stick with it or if there are valid reasons to cancel you let people know in advance (not when they call to get the location or room #).
