How many times does a provider have to hit the RTM Button ? I have been constantly harassed and threatened by a member that has a mile long complaint record by numerous provider's . With the same complaint. Multiple handles and aggressive abusive behavior. Why is this allowed?
Until when does it stop? I have reported and sent copies of each message to the Houston mod's . Why is this member still allowed to remain here?

I've never received a PM from you. Please forward me the entire PM chains including your responses to him and I will take a look.

The individual responses you've RTMd do not meet the burden for harassment they just appear to be a back and forth conversation and that you have some history with this individual.

I do not see any aggressive or abusive behavior contained in the examples you have RTMd either.
