Who Are These People Dressed In All Black Rioting?

They showed up at the Presidential Inauguration protests and several protests in the days afterward and the Milo speeches. They are dressed in all black and vandalize and assault people. I've seen them referred to "black bloc" and "Antifa". Anyone know the proper name for them?

Based on numerous articles this group of black clad people show up at any protest and turn it violent. It does not appear they are aliened with any group or cause. They just want anarchy. The officials at Berkeley noted they were not students, they just flooded in from off campus and started all the violence.
