I've never met dizzycastro

I received a review from "dizzycastro" early this morning. He claims we met 3/10/15 and I visited him and was "late." I wasn't working as a provider in any capacity until June of this year. I'm very new at this job and I've never met this man. This review is not only false, but very cruel. Is this the way this site works? I need a little help here. Do I get to defend myself? I only became a verified provider yesterday. ?

I've posted this in several places. I'm not going to roll over on this one. It was a total character assassination and a jab at my work ethic. This can't be allowed. Truly perplexing.
