Having a hard time navigating this site. I sure it’s my old dumbass problem. I have submitted a AMP encounter. I am supposed to get premium access for the review. I submitted an encounter at an AMP provider. The AMP does not have a website. I was sent a message that I can’t receive premium access because I didn’t provide all the information required. I cannot provide a URL if the “SPA” doesn’t have a website. What are my options. I definitely will not pay for this service.

You have to have contact information, doesnt have to be a site

He also didn’t supply a name for the provider. At least one piece of contact info and a name for the provider is required for PA.

The encounter was rejected because unfortunately you did not get a name. This is required for all encounters so the members know who is being reviewed and providing (or not providing) activities. Next time please try to get a name.
