Dear Nila:
In the Mississippi forum, the only way you can post in multiple cities is to include them all in your ad. ECCIE rules allow you to post five ads in different forums each week. In Texas, that means you can post in multiple city forums since there are multiple city forums. But since Mississippi has only a single forum, you can only post one ad each week.
So, the only "legal" solution is to include mention of all the cities where you will be available in your one ad. And don't forget, you can post a weekend ad from Thursday morning until Sunday evening.
