Guys, if you don't write reviews, what's the reason? If "personal privacy" is one of your reasons, know that, unless you comment, your vote here will remain anonymous.

Where is the "Who gives a fuck" option?

This poll is flawed, take it down.

Well...Providers don't "give a fuck"...they "rent a fuck". Ahhh SP...you're feelin it today...

Sir Lance, I didn't know there were that many options. You might have put a last bullet: All Of The Above

The discretion that was enjoyed by many 10 years ago is gone. So unless I am offering brand new intel, I do not write a review.

The exceptions are when an ATF who has not been reviewed in a good while calls and asks for one or I get asked to break a new girl in by another provider.

I do not desire to have "review power" or to social climb on a SHMB.

I always ask the provider if they want a review. I only write them if they say yes. I would estimate about 20% say yes. Most prefer not to have them. For me, writing a review is like bragging to the boys about my latest conquest. Not really my thing unless the provider wants it to help drum up business. Also, most of the ladies I see have been around a while and don't really need or want the publicity.

Dittto x10. Plus I got lot of term papers, home work and dark web research thesis to do here at the end of the semester, in between being a real estate developer. Plus most of ma ladies got a no review policy and the rest is just redundant.

Amen. See Weak WK thread, and, most importantly, PrettyFuckingMarvelous Tony proved we didn't have to as long as we washed our asses and trimmed our nails. So there.

There needs to be more options to this poll for it to be legit.

I've asked a couple of my clients who have been members of ECCIE for a while (1 - 2 years) on why they do not post reviews.

Some of their answers were:

- Its takes too much time.
- Its unnecessary because they already have P411/References.
- Its unnecessary to review a provider who is already highly reviewed.
- They don't want to leave a trail of information/evidence online behind due to fears of LE.
- They don't want to leave a trail of information/evidence behind for their wives to find out. (Having an account on an escort site is already bad enough, but posting their bonafide experiences would be even worse).
- They had a subpar experience, and instead of writing a "no" review, they just don't write a review at all. (Perhaps by fear of retaliation if the said provider has a lot of WK's the board.)
- They would rather be discreet about their experiences.

Also, I have clients whose first language is definitely not english. This may play a factor into why they don't write reviews either.

Well, I tried to think of as many as I could. The targeted audience is not guys who don't write one review because of a bad experience, or because she asked him not to, or some other reason. It's the guys who don't write reviews at all, or nearly at all. I can think of one other -- because I've paid for PA and don't need to write them to get the review credit. It's too late to edit the post now, but comments remain open.

BSB, WRT to a couple of your specific suiggestions:

I'd put this under the "form is cumbersome" option. I didn't make that clear, but, IMHO, it all falls under the category of the work-required-to-reward ratio. You get fewer reviews if people think the ratio is too close to infinity.

Good point, similar to mine about PA.

That's where I was going with the "wouldn't add anything " option.

That's the intent of the "personal privacy" choice.

See the "intimate details" option.

Good point. I should know from having ben here so long that many people could benefit from an ESL course.

I have to say all of the above reasons plus one: I have under a previous id and on TER submitted reviews that haven't been 100% positive, and on at least two occasions I've had providers get back to me with threats and bs creating great drama in exchange for honesty. They just didn't like my reviews which brought down their average rating (TER). Lesson learned. I don't write reviews any more.

You made explicit that which I was leaving to implication and inference.
