I don't know that friendly or not really has much to do with it. I just saw this. I don't frequent the casino's so I wouldn't have been able to give you much info anyway. But give em a chance to reply since you just posted late last night.

As far as playing and eating I would say horseshoe as far as staying I would say none in council bluffs for a provider to work out of just my opinion

I have a former colleague who runs security in a casino. There are cameras everywhere and I mean everywhere. There are plainclothes security everywhere. They do not want illegal activity in their casinos. They will lose their licence if you are caught there. I will not and never have visited a provider in a casino. It is clearly not safe.
