the actual answer you are looking for is "DON'T".


LJ is a small town. way too small to be discussing this type of activity.


police and city government are aware of some activities going on at some of these places in the area and they are aware of the various websites discussing such. they have passed their own ordinance regarding these places. all they need is excuse. so don't. no good will come of it.
