I had a few halls cough drops a couple of days ago and i got to reading the ingredients and they have menthol...i quit smoking in february and now all of a sudden i've been getting these crazy ass cravings for one. You guys think theres any relation or just me?

Simply an association thing. Associate it with something else: find a provider that likes DATY and do that with a Halls in your mouth. Understanding from ex-gf is that it is mind blowing.

After, you're associating menthol with pussy...and that can't be bad.

Lots of smokers have used e-cigs successfully to help with cravings and they come in menthol flavors. Wouldn't hurt to try and probably less expensive than getting addicted to cigarettes again

I have just quit recently also, and although I don't have the menthol cravings the last hit I had on cigarette was so nasty all I have to do is remember that and it kills any craving whatsoever.

Try some lifesaver mints though. I buy the big bag of wintergreen and spearmint. That might fulfill your menthol/mint craving.

Just got tore up...almost gave in but didnt...ig you're right, you only live once and you gotta die of something but cigarettes wont be it for me! Haha. Hardhat its funny u Mention that bc i had a coworker quit and what helped him was jolly ranchers...he no longer had a craving for nicotine after a while but was hooked on candy! Haha. If it aint one thing its another...only thing we'll NEVER be able to quit on is these beautiful women like yummy marie and all the other fine ladies on this site. Hobby on ladies and gents im stuck at work but for those of you able, enjoy your thanksgiving
