Default Covid vac proof

I was told today from an AMP in New Orleans they will be checking vac status before letting you in. Now I am vac but I have no plans on showing proof. I will just avoid New Orleans altogether. Thoughts?

What’s the big deal? If you want to get laid and got the proof, just show it! Or go home and jack off! It isn’t complicated.

Yep downloading the la wallet app right now to have my vax status ready. Your gonna need it. I’m not carrying around the physical card so people don’t have too touch it.

They have had problems with people with fake cards though.

I wonder if hotels are asking for the card too.

People say or claim they get tested all the time, now we gotta ask a lady for the ho-fax report. It’s crazy. Real names please ..........

Pull down your pants and show me yours while I show you mine and all will be fine lol........

Why would Someone put an experimental vaccine in their body is beyond me. It’s not even FDA approved and people that got the shot still catch Covid . If y’all have to get vaccinated to get pussy in a city like New Orleans , I feel sorry for you.

First of all, the Covid-19 vaccines have been approved by the FDA for emergency use. No vaccine is 100% effective or has no side effects, but I think getting the vaccine as opposed to slowly suffocating to death while your lungs fill up with fluid is a pretty good trade off, especially with the Delta variant. I know people that have died from this. My wife's friend died two weeks ago last Wednesday. She was 49, with 2 kids. If you're gonna make a comment, at least get your facts straight. The more people get the vaccine, the more difficult it'll be for the virus to spread or mutate. The last thing my wife's friend said before they put her under to put her on a respirator was, "I wish I would have gotten the vaccine." Covid is no joke. Not getting vaccinated is your choice, but if you should get it, I can't say I'd have much pity for you. Some mistakes you only get to make once.

I care not if a person gets vaccinated or not. Everyone should do what is best for that individual.

The part I do not like is now we have a whole new reason for people to discriminate against one another - the vacced vs the non-vacced. The party that claims to be about non discrimination and equality sure has no interest in non-discrimination now. If you are not part of what they believe accordingly you should die or be forced through coercion to do what they believe. Where is the equality in that? The freedom? The right to be homosexual, cross gender is just fine with the democrats even glorified but the choice to be heterosexual, gender happy with how you were born or now not vaccinated seem to be vilified. Where is the right to choose? Or did that go away once them came into power?

It does not amaze me that people make different choices; getting the vaccine or not. It does amaze how a small group of people in power make a 180 degree turn on their words and no one ever raises that point? No one questions why the change of position? Why is ok to discriminate now?

I think we should all refuse to show vac proof. In a show of intolerance to government sanctioned discrimination in every form it may take. If an AMP wants vac proof drive Jefferson Parish, the hell with New Orleans, let those businesses go broke or start giving consumers what they insist on, a right to choose as well as a HJ.

Being a cross dresser, or having colored green hair is a choice that does not impact others in a negative way.
Driving under the influence and over the limit is an example of a choice that endangers others.
Being unvaccinated and choosing not to wear a mask when inside a public building increase the risk of catching COVID, spreading it and the potential for mutations of the virus. It is a choice to prolong the curse of having this virus in our community, and negatively impact others.

This virus does not care if you are white or non white....Christian or agnostic...Democrat or Republican....

The virus should never be looked at as a political topic.

Here's the reality....

You have a rule against smoking in your house? You wouldn't have me in your house if I lit one up? Then don't complain about someone not letting you in if you haven't been vaccinated. Whether it be a casino, a hotel, Saints football, etc. Those businesses have a right to enact the policy they choose, just as you do in your own home.

Vaccination is a choice. Getting to go anywhere unvaccinated is not.

Your immune system is the best defense . I trust me over government anyway . Everyone I know that got the vaccine still got Covid . I never wore an mask and never caught it. I chose to breathe fresh and and take my chances with a virus with almost 100 percent survival rating. Sorry for your loss , did the person that die have any other medical conditions ?

Anyone that thinks there immune systems is strong enough to resist COVID and make it just as easy as the non vaxxed I can get someone to lick or rub saliva on your front door, car, and mailbox who has caught it. They have another 8 days left to quarantine. Just let me know. Let’s test it out. Lol.

This new variant is bad and it’s nothing to mess with.......

You can believe the government and the corrupt ass media and politicians on both sides. I chose not to. I’ve done my research and there are proven methods to easily treat it. You do you buddy, I chose to breathe fresh air and Live not in fear. There are countries almost 100 percent vaccinated and they are fixing to go back into lockdowns. If it’s so great, why is it spreading so rapidly . For every one dr that says it is so horrible , there is another to debunk it. I have family in the medical field, even this new variant is way over hyped . It’s how some doctors are treating people , that are killing them.

I will address a few comments. But it really all comes down to whether or not you believe in freedom. If you do, you will allow others to not get vaccinated and allow them all the freedoms of every citizen. If you do not believe in freedom (which seems to be a growing and growing number of people), you will force others to do what you want by law, by physical force or by coercion.

I respect your right to believe in a forced vaccination. I just dont and ask others to try to be respectful of my opinion.

I never once said all private businesses have to allow non-vaccinated people into their business. I respect their right to discriminate of they so choose. I think it is a bad business practice. I only advocated that if an AMP asks for proof of vaccination go spend your money in Jefferson Parish where things are a little more free. Show your support by your money. The AMP is a privately owned business do whatever you want, but do not ask for a bailout when you practice discrimination.

Right now in Orleans you have no right to choose at all. All businesses private or not must have patrons show proof of vaccination or face heavy fines and closure of their business. I like the previous poster, believe the business should have the freedom to choose not be forced to comply with fear mongering and forced choices.

Yes FDA approved the vaccine for ENERGENCY USE only. Which means they rubber stamped it and have no rela idea what the vaccine can do to the human body on the long term or really even the short term. It is not and has not been FULLY FDA approved. They are conducting on going tests as we debate. Hopefully, it is a wonderful vaccine but we do not really know that yet. So, forcing others to partake is rather tyrannical in my opinion. And the only reason one forces another is out of fear. You are fearful of contracting Covid, I would put forward. If you feel fear, do what you can for yourself instead of asking, coercing or forcing others to do for you to feel less fear. Not the American way, or not what the nation was founded on. Just my 2 pennies.

I dont care if youre vaxxed or not. Get it, dont get it, thats up to you. But i do care about laws and freedom. It is against the law for anyone to inquire about your medical history. Anyone ever hear of HIPAA? It took only 17 months to go from "All we need is 15 days to flatten the curve"...to "papers please". I did nazi that coming. I see it for what it is, its just another tactic in which to divide us and keep us fighting amongst ourselves instead fighting them. Thats it plain and simple. Humans....so predictable and steerable.

The woman who died two weeks ago was 49 with no underlying medical conditions. Her 16 year old daughter had gone to a summer camp on the north shore where one of the other kids had tested positive. So the camp decides to load all the kids on busses without masks and the daughter wound up catching it. It was several days before the daughter showed symptoms during which time her mom contracted it. The daughter was vaccinated so her case was mild. Her unvaccinated mom is now dead. Some people can't get vaccinated due to medical conditions. I never said that anyone should be forced to get the vaccine, but by the same token don't expect to be allowed indoors, in close quarters with others, without a mask. The vaccine doesn't just protect you, it protects others as well. In my opinion, people who refuse to get vaccinated unless medically unable, only care about themselves, not their parents, grandparents, family, friends, neighbors, etc. It's all me, me, me, me. The way a virus mutates is, the more it spreads, the more it has the opportunity to mutate, therefore the more unfazed people who catch, whether they have mild symptoms or die, are allowing it the chance to mutate. I don't think vaccines should be forced, but I do believe it should be considered a civic duty if you give a damn about others. You don't know the condition of anyone else's immune system, or whether or not they can medically get the vaccine. Oh wait, I can hear it already, then those people should stay at home or wear a mask. So should the unvaxed. And really, people need to stop getting their news and "research" from Facebook. Their are only 2 countries that are nearly 100% vaccinated, Gibraltar and Malta. Both had a slight rise in cases in July, but are back down to 7 reported new cases per day. And both populations are over 90% vaccinated. I think comedian Ron White said it best. "You can't fix stupid."
