If you open the cmd prompt in windows you can trace an IP address as well.

That would be correct, madam! The point of the article is how to obtain the IP to enter into the command prompt, app or whatever.

Anybody seeing the complete header of any email, especially a newbie, is asking WHAT DA FUCK?? And the header varies between gmail, Yahoo, etc!!
