Starting over again or hobby vet is now a noob.

Well much to my dismay I wound up taking a medical sabbatical from the hobby. Chemo & meds to ensure a quality of life isn't the best thing to try to do and keep up a hobby lifestyle. I guarantee they have an effect on the body and by golly just make you feel like crap. If you haven't had the unfortunate situation to be on a regimen as this, I do not recommend it. I've begun the process of weaning off the meds and chemo and am feeling somewhat better. So after a few years MIA and in thinking about what I've missed, I've threw out a couple of messages to local Ladies I have seen in the past. These were Ladies I had seen on multiple occasions...So...

Lo and behold I get... crickets. .....nothing.... No "well hello stranger"... even a "kiss my ass, dipsh!t" or a simple "phuk you" would at least be an acknowledgement.

I must say though, I did enter eccie chat and a couple of lovely Ladies and Gents did recognize this 'ol farts name...which did make me feel a little better.

Now I guess I have the daunting task of starting all again on the local scene. With LE, and other forces looking to screw up good things, I have the feeling that this will be tougher than it was 22 + years ago. Yeah well...here we go again

Well, congrats on staying away from the light for a while longer. Message boards come and go as do ladies/johns. I had years worth of report on Redbook go poof when it was shut down. Same with Sweet Dixie. P411 is starting to look like the most secure option as it isn't stateside and subject to nitwit scrutiny. Datecheck is cheaper, but under US law. I try to give ladies I like a nickname to call me so that I will be more memorable when I call on them again or need a reference. Even then, not too many ladies hang around long term.

Gotta rebuild every couple years to assure I have references myself. Not a bad thing though.

Thanks Guys. I agree anon, it isn't as though I wanted to take the sabbatical, just forced to. I've seen the SD drop off then come back, split, etc, etc..Ladies do come and go. Blad I'll shoot you a PM later this weekend. Glad to see you've still got a finger on the pulse.
