Default False Advertisement by webdesigner Magnific Media

I should have known better. Buyer beware on me in thinking I was getting a custom site from a professional.... this is what I got instead.

· Cookie Cutter FREE Site on WIX
· Access to all other clients sites, not secure
· Mailing list not activated
· Mobile site loading poorly
· No contact information placed on site
· Webmaster login not operational
· No provider banners on site
· Poor spacing of content
· Hugh variety of fonts..too busy and choppy
· Email not pointed to domain, I actually provided webdesigner with article from godaddy to make this happen.
· Possible plagiarism..text removed
· Many misspellings of words

i have no dog in this fight, but as a professional, i have to say that the overall quality and editing on some of the photos is truly terrible. i don't know what that cost, but it was too much.

Yeah the headline on your website is sorely grammatically incorrect.
"A Truly Passionate Women"


My advice to whoever is making your content, is to draft it on to a program or Google docs which can actually see the spelling and grammatical errors.

I am sorry you had to go through this, hope they will correct it and possibly give you a partial of full refund for all of the errors and unfulfilled promises.

To whoever did this content: How do you expect her potential clients to take her seriously with this kind of lack of professionalism? An escorts website is a reflection of herself, do you think people will consider paying her a premium rate if they think she cannot distinguish the difference between woman and women?

I too made my site on wix and it is not hard to make a site that is grammatically correct, without spelling errors, and functions the way I expected it to function.

Thank you very much for your post...your words hit the nail on the head for me..

Let me explain that the site you see now has gone thru a few transformations.

To begin with it was created under this webdesigners account in WIX. I was not aware of that. I thought I was getting a private premium secure site. Imagine getting a password and being able to see other ladies websites in various modes of construction. Seeing other ladies pictures in my folder. The site I got did not have all of my content or the pics I wanted on it. It took me over 16 hours to get it to what is it almost is right now.

I requested that my site for security reasons be transferred to my newly created WIX account. I asked for a few changes to the custom contact form, to include race, weight and height...some spelling corrections

BTW, I have all my screen prints from the history of the site to show the changes made etc and time worked on the site.

Before the site was transferred, the customer contact form( which needed some help) was removed from my site. The mailing list was deactivated. And I now had a free site. And I am unable to make those minor spelling changes...

Many things worked better before the transfer.

After this move, I requested a refund. That has not happened and I have been asked by this company to not contact them. I kid you not. And it is because of this experience that I have asked that we be allowed to review/rate such companies that do business with us ladies.

I have all my emails from this person to show this. I also had a client use the form between all these actions to prove that the form was there. It is obvious that the form was copied from someplace else...

This is how the form comes to your email, I tested it and asked for changes and asked why certain things were in it...

As my website is a reflection of me, I have entered into another transaction for a website with a true professional who was highly recommended by a variety of people. I am looking forward to my new site...

As ECCIE has allowed the business section to be both advertising space and review board I will use this space and time to say this..... Not everything is as it seems on here. I have no problem with someone stating their feeling about doing business with me. Feeling are not negoitable and perception is important but sometimes one can do nothing to change a perception when an agenda has been outlined. Sami and Euphemia have a clear agenda. They know that this medium does damage and can be used to hurt. But whether info stated here is true cannot be proven here. I cannot publish the emails proving my side nor can she It's just a she said she said.

Please if you are considering using my services allow me to give you many references of very happy clients and I will explain to you if you want to know the circumstances of this business transaction.
I will do so in private because it seems that if a business person points out the short comings of a customer or the agenda they may have, it is a called personal attack.
Even if customer is truly neurotic, unreasonable or just wants to get something for nothing and we all know clients exist that can be that way from time to time.

I will not attack my former client publicly. I made that mistake with her best friend Sensual Sami and this situation is just more retaliation for that. Basically the customer is always right we have been told. But unreasonable customer expectation exist and miss Euphemia has nothing to lose to join in with her friend. She already has the site.
Lastly the site you are seeing is not exactly what I built. She and her friend have changed many things on the site making dysfunctional, out wack( for lack of a better term) and very unprofessional looking. I will not take blame for the site she is holding up as mine.
Her perception of false advertising is an ironic one...

Lastly I see someone ask what she paid and she said cost doesn't matter. Well as a business person cost is directly related to what you get. I am not saying that at the $200 she paid for her site in November as a special I had running in November, she wasn't entitled to everything outlined on my site for $400 but at some point a project needs to finish or it is no longer cost effective. That's just basic business.

When I go into Best Buy, I don't care about the feelings of the business owner, I expect that services be rendered for money exchanged. That does not make a customer neurotic or unreasonable or trying to get something for nothing. I, the customer is paying for something and I expect it...

This has nothing to do with other people. And to further cover my ass, another webdesigner looked at the site I got from you before I started my edits.. I could have transferred it at that time but I was professional and asked you to do so. Other people saw what you gave me and what we all see now, is much better than what you gave me...it is still lacking because it is not what I wanted. And I know what it was before you transferred it.

This is nothing more to me than a business transaction that has gone wrong. I have told you many times I will not be verbally attacked and you have come on here and done just that. I don't expect a business owner to rant about other people and personal agendas, calling the customer neurotic..etc.

I have tried to preserve the personal relationship with you because you do have value and are resourceful to many, but I am not some little chick who is new at this. I almost walked away from this project twice and kept asking you to make the changes because it was not a reflection of me...

I did not like what you built and I said so, in doing so your feelings got hurt. I did not wish to be under your account and I said so and your feelings got hurt. Why is that when we providers do business with people on this site, we pay them in the manner they wish.

You asked me to deposit funds directly into your account. I got off my computer, drove my happy ass to the bank, filled out a deposit slip with account number and name you provided to me, you got your money. I have proof that I did this. Took less than 15 minutes of my life...

I asked for the same...you needed more personal info to complete an online transaction that I told you would not work with my type of account. Why should I open a specific type of account just so you can send me my refund. If you checked with the banks as I asked, you would have been told the same.

Our business is far from completed...

and BTW, you said a bit more to me.. than me being a victim...that was not professional and uncalled for. I can't see a real business talking to their customers in that manner...

You don't know me...I am very far from playing a victim, especially over something as trivial as a hooker website, seriously...there is nothing in me that says victim.

I will not be victimized by you or anyone...I am a grown woman, you hear what I say. You did not provide a service that I paid for and I want my money back. I want my money back in the manner that I paid you.

You can put up all the sites you want, all with the same contact form I wanted with the misspelled words, you can send out all the emails you want to anyone asking them to jump on this site and say whatever..in your defense...

at the end of the day, it is our transaction that is of importance to me.

What a terrible business women I am to try to pay you a refund in the quickest method available. There is no such thing as a chase account I can drive thru and make a deposit to but can't make a quick pay deposit to. If you have an email or phone number attached to that account. I ask you for those things and you gave them to me.
My business transaction is now done. That money has set there 10 days. I will call the bank and stop payment. If you wanted your money back you had it. But as I said this is a specific agenda.

This is the last I will post to this

I am just as angry as you. I won't be bullied, or cowar to your smear tactics using this board. I have wasted countless hours on this and will waste no more.

It is time for you to connect your domain name to the site I transferred to you and move on. From the looks of things you will probably need someone to fix all your mess but I am not responsible. Making a client happy has it's limits and you reached yours by refusing the refund I offered unless I drove to the bank. Your loss.

I don't want anything in my wix account to do with this. You Own the domain name, You Own a copy of the site that you have boogered, besmirched, disarranged and screwed up so bad, and you have now once again paid $200 for the privilege to do so.

So I say do something about your business and stop worrying about mine.

Or move on to the photog that did your photos just before we met. You know the ones YOU AREN'T using any of... the ones you were so upset about when I first me you. The ones you sent me to touch up and I did so for free because you said you cried because they looked so bad... Call him out ask him for a refund.
