I Know nothing of this incident, but I do know we are all liars here and I don't believe anyone at face value and those that are quick to offer proof may have just as quickly fabricated it.

I would look at the motivation though, why would a national traveling girl that spends less than 10% of her time in Texas care about some other girl's business? and so much so that she would go through the effort to track her down and alert the authorities.

I don't know Candi all that well, but the few times we have met I would get the impression that would be a whole lot of work for no money.
