Yes, it's done quite frequently. Most often, you'll never read about it on the board. Over the years I've learned that this arrangement requires more 'hobby maturity' than the normal P4P session. Frequently, the 'sex-cations' we read about on the board are younger men who fantasize how wonderful it would be to have a captive provider in Las Vegas, for example, for a whole week. They have a business trip with a few reimbursable expenses and they think that makes them King of the World, able to command women at his beck and call. Often they think the allure of the big city and a hotel room with room service is enough for these ladies when in fact it's just a start. As someone above mentioned, there has to be an agreement on a day rate and, as well, an agreement ahead of time on just how much private time the lady might be afforded. If a gentleman is willing to extend the effort into communicating all this ahead of time, as well as selecting a lady he's seen before and with whom he is comfortable, they can have a great time. But it takes experience to pull it off.
I think the problem is that most of these younger gents don't understand the ladies are more sophisticated than they think. They seen the big cities, they've been on the boats, they're comfortable in the larger hotels. Room service, to many, is just another meal. These things cannot substitute for wages.
As with anything, good judgment about these arrangements usually comes from bad judgment. Most gents who do them successfully have done them before and have horror stories. But they have staying power and hang in there. And isn't that what this hobby is all about?
