on a nice side note the best way i have found to get creditors and solicitors to stop calling is when they let you know that for training proposes your call maybe recorded tell them you need to let them know that you are rcoeding them as well ... most will tell you that they dont agree to being recorded and hang up never to call agian.

Default Varies by state

Some states differentiate recordings which could be seen as made for sexual gratification or include nudity (such as a session with a provider) and other recordings.

Fairly up to date (august 2012) guide:

http://www.rcfp.org/reporters-record...te-state-guide

This site specifically addresses hidden cameras.

"Yes, officer, I would like to report a prostitute that recorded me having sex with her".

Not seeing that go well. It's supposed to be hard for them.

Exactly, if she seems TGTBT then she may be...there' is an algorithm for L.E agents/stings though... if you know your way around Google and background check sites..there's always a way to find out which of the girls are shady... without having a mole in the police dept I mean.

Wow. It would make me extremely mad if I found out I was recorded without my consent. She might be doing it in case something goes wrong. That's unnecessary with proper screening. That's a violation of privacy.

The Maine provider a couple of years ago had a video rest up of her clients. Lots of heads rolled when she was busted.

I would Assume I'm being recorded anyway. To play devil's advocate if something were to happen that was not supposed to or if a guy got physical or whatever she would have evidence of that. It all depends on what the video is used for. Security I highly suggest it.

Default From the legal standpoint

If I was a client the first thing I would ask after the donation, or even beforehand, is "am I being recorded?" If the provider says no, and there is a recording of session, once the client finds out he has more than enough legal ground to stand on. Same goes with providers. The only reason recording should be happening is in a sting operation and unless you want to be known as LE it shouldn't be happening.

Sadly both genders can buy concealed camers, and both have.

Another reason I prefer to meet on my turf, but more importantly to have a level of trust before meeting. Nothing is foolproof.

Can you provide any substantiation for that claim?

I really, really hope the OP's video find is just one of the better done "hidden camera" porn things because holy mother of god that shit is horrible irl. You don't record your private time with someone without consent from both/all parties! What the shit is wrong with people?!

Also, if you're so god damn displeased with your client that you're going to be making faces behind his back, maybe don't see that client. Secret recording is very uncool on all sides. Though it is why I'm always nervous to see guys in glasses. Becomes a tug of war between my love of dudes in glasses and worrying that there's some freaking gadget hidden in them. Why do people have to be so crazy! /rant

If I may make a statement in regards to this:

This is a sensitive matter for sure. Privacy is of the utmost importance but so is safety. Me personally, I do not record my sessions. It's a breach of privacy and can be used as a form of manipulation. Not my style and of no interest to me.

I like to think outside of the easy answer. What I did instead, for my safety, was that I lived in an upscale outcall that had cameras at the entrance of the building, in the elevator, and in the halls. Video wouldn't show the time spent with the client/provider but if the client got abusive or stole my stuff, I would have a picture of him available to furnish to the correct authorities. Again, nothing links the client to the hobby or any illicit activities (because we don't do that here!). It's just a way of staying safe while respecting everyone's privacy. No one, I mean no one (provider or hobbyist) should be infringing on any one persons privacy. Does this make sense to anyone?
