I want to make sure I understood your question. You are asking if a third party can pay a fine for you and then request a refund from the counts, receive it, and then force you to pay the fine?

No, but if there was a contract in which you agreed to repay the third party, then they are entitled to collect The clerk won't be collecting per se, and no bench warrant will be issued unless the third party files a claim and unless you fail to appear to any summons that results from that claim.

It appears that there's some terminology confusion based on what you've presented. Can you clarify what you mean by "ticket amount"?
And, is the case entirely over? Or, do you still need to see the judge? Can you look up your case on-line and see what the status is?

In my neck of the woods, bail bonds (promise to appear) can be revoked, regardless if they are credit, cash, etc. I know folks in the bond industry.
