You don't get to see who or what action the staff takes against members because quite frankly sir that's between that person and the staff.
The thread has not derailed beyond it's course, as a matter of fact we've managed to get it back where it was going until your posting regarding staff intervention/action came up. That sir can be a thread of it's own or you can ask the staff any questions you'd like in the Question to staff forum, therefore this thread gets no lock

No sir, the guidelines are for everyone! Just because you don't see what actions the staff takes doesn't mean we don't take any....even then some members let their emotions capture the best of them and continue until they are close to the 90 day vacation.
