Almost every hotel has handicap accessable rooms. Yes grab bars in the bathrooms. And bathrooms are usually slightly larger.
Just ask when checking in.
Note that usually on 1st floor, or near elevators, not at end of hall.

I just renovated my bathroom to make the shower big enough for four people, with a waterfall shower and multiple wall jets. I didn't think to install grab bars, though. Maybe I'll look into the suction cup grips above.

The ones with the suction cups can be moved to where ever you want or need them., not like when they are permanently installed.

Yes, but I imagine they are less secure than a permanently installed one. I am a pretty big guy, and I wouldn't want to trust them to hold me up. Then again, if I put too much weight on a permanent one it might damage the wall, where a suction cup would just detach.
