Some players are now getting paid over $ 1 million per year from the NIL collectives.


So much for colleges and amateur athletics. But it hasn't been that way for a long time. Now it is just more out in the open how college athletes get paid.

Congress should make contributions to college athletics and pool nil collectives nondeductible. They are not charity. They are personal expenditures.
